It's not a place, it's a habit.
in 1987, my father, Master Michael, lived in the crowded city of Beyoğlu. He found a small shop on one of the streets. The table was four, the chairs were eight. All in one menu: coffee, tea and homemade pastry.
A lot has changed since that day. Our number of tables increased and our menu expanded. But one thing has never changed: the smell of morning coffee and the cleanliness of the glass.
Now I, Master Kerem, carry this legacy. Stick to the same recipe, with the same temperature.
